Returns

At KATM, customer satisfaction is our priority! If your order has arrived with a problem, please email us on hello@kylieandthemachine.com so that we can make it right!

We do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged, KATM will cover the cost of return shipping. All other returns will require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping. 

All sale items are "final sale" and cannot be returned unless faulty.
